We will be transitioning to a QR code for our early dismissal and late arrival form. Please have your phones with you when dropping off late or picking up early. Apple and Samsung devices should have the QR scanner imbedded in the camera. Simply open your camera and "look" at the QR code for access to the form. There are multiple free QR scanners in app stores. We will continue to utilize a paper form for those unable to use the QR scan. Thank you.
